Step 2. Finding out more about you 

You will be sent a full health questionnaire. We operate holistically so be prepared for lots of questions. Every little detail is really important to us, not just your symptoms but all aspects of your health. There will be questions about your sleep, digestion, heat symptoms, previous medical history and so much more. All clues to help us decide which herbal formula is right for you. 

Step 3. Reviewing your questionnaire

Using Chinese Medicine diagnostic skills and wealth of Western medicine knowledge, Emma Eaton will personally review your answers and consider the very best herbal supplements for you from over 40 different options. You will receive an email confirming which herbal formula is right for you and confirmation that it is on its way within 2-3 working days of us being in receipt of your Health Questionnaire. Occasionally, we have more questions so will email you if we need any more information before prescribing.

Step 4. Personalised prescription of herbs delivered to your door

Usually within 2-3 days your supply of herbal formula, typically in tablet form, will arrive at your home. 

Advice on when to take them and importantly how to measure the results will be sent to you so you know exactly what to do. Often patients take them in the morning and evening like any supplement. 

Step 5. Review how you are feeling

It is important we check in how you are feeling after 10-15 days of being on the herbs. 

Next steps are very much dependent on how you are feeling, some patients find just a month’s supply is enough to relieve their symptoms permanently, other patients feel so much better they stay on the herbs for a period of time.

If you would like to continue on the herbs, which patients often do, we can arrange more to be sent to you. These are typically around £25 per 60 tablet pot including postage and packaging.
